In my opinion, yes, there are many Senior Citizens who take care of their children or grandchildren, due to their children being sick or not able to work, and as for their grandchildren, their parents must have passed away, or left their children. But many Senior Citizens can't make a living due to their age, so I believe the Philippines should include the Senior Citizens as potential employees as long as they have the strength or has the ability to work.
