if an organism has a high biological fitness in one habitat does it mean it will also have a high biological fitness in a different habitat?

Biological fitness does not necessarily means the most built organism rocking the 6 pack abs :) it usually means someone who is able to survive and give rise to lots of offspring in a given environment.

A shark has high biological fitness in the ocean but it won't do it any good if we put the shark in land. Thus, fitness comes from adaptation of organism to the environment and will change if we change the environment.

Shark's traits are useless in land thus it wont be "fit" for the new environment. Thus, high fitness in one place does not necessarily guarantee fitness in all different environments.
