Find the equation of the line that is perpendicular to this line and passes through the point (-4,6).

perpendicular means the opposite inverse of a slope

so the slope of the other line is -7/2

y = -7/2x + b

from the given point (-4,6)

6 = (-7 *4)/2 + b

6 = -14 +b

b = 20

y = -7/2x + 20
