if i transfer from community college to university and never took the sat or act do i have to take it

Depending on when you apply for transfer, and which colleges you apply to, you might not need to submit your SAT (or ACT) scores. Or, if the colleges do require them, you should know that they will be much less important in the transfer admission process than they were in the freshman admission process.
