Answer:a flower is ready when it has fully sprouted and has sepals, petals, pistils, and stamens. It is colorful as it is growing. So i would say it does, but not all flowers are colorful.

Answer: No is doesnt. Scientific studies show that when a flower is ready, its has to bloom. When a flower blooms, it opens or is open, and when a plant or tree blooms it produces flowers.

Explanation: Hope this helps!!! :)))
