Answer: y=-2x-15

Explanation:

The slope intercept form is y=mx+b

M represents the slope and b represents the y intercept. Your slope is -2 so substitute that for m and your y intercept is -15 so change b to that. Keep in mind if the number is negative you change the equation too. Meaning it would not be y=-2x+-15.
