Respect to me means that a person listens as much as they speak. This goes hand in hand with being quiet when it's not your turn. If i'm sharing my experience in a group and another person in the group interrupts me that is an indicator that they don't respect me. Being present when other people are speaking or doing something for you is the bare minimum of respect.
