No, men are stronger because they do most of the hard work which can involve lifting heavy objects for times at a time and men are supposed to protect their family.
Women have to carry kids but not forever just while they are small after about 30-40 pounds they won’t need to get carried anymore so women do have to carry kids but that’s it for the most part
