This shows two men making a bet, or a deal most likely in government. One tries to pull the guy giving the money away because it is a trick. The guy hiding ‘bombs’ so to speak is lying and is going to threaten him. For instance two presidents of different countries making a deal and paying money to one while the other wrecks the deal and starts war. Hope this helps!

the source shows 2 men making a deal, but they have fireworks. The reason that must be is they show them. Also it looks like a 3rd guy tugs the guy that has blue fireworks like 2 of them are a team.
