5. Are the concerns that Washington had about the nation's foreign affairs still applicable today? Why or why not?​

Answer: No

Explanation: I say no because if we recall what Washington said about other further affairs, we see that the US wanted long-lasting relationships with other countries. But some relations we thought of as "blind", so these led to "temporary" relationships with some countries. We don't need to worry about this, because we rely heavily on trade and politics to form alliances between nations. Therefore, it's not applicable or really a concern. I hope this helped!
