Bigger number: 20

Smaller number: 13

Explanation:

Let smaller number = x

Bigger number. = x + 7

From the question; 2x + 3(x + 7) = 86

2x + 3x + 21 = 86

5x + 21 = 86

5x = 86 - 21

5x = 65

x = 13

Therefore the smaller number is 13, and the bigger number is 13 + 7 = 20
