Where,

B.A = base area of triangular base = ½*bh = ½*8*6 = 24 in.²

P = perimeter of triangular base = 7.21 + 7.21 + 8 = 22.42 in.

H = height of the prism = 14 in.

Surface area of the prism = 2(24) + 22.42×14

= 48 + 313.88

= 361.88 in.²
