Answer:In Mesopotamia, a city-state form of government developed, while in Egypt and India monarchy became the primary form of government.All three ancient civilizations also developed systems of writing, though they once again differed in how this was done. Mesopotamia developed cuneiform writing, which was inscribed on clay tablets.
