Answer: For the first number 40, one possible set of factors that have a product of 40 and a sum of 13 is (1,40) or (40,1) . Because 1*40=40 and 1+40 = 41

We can not have any other pair whose product is 40 and sum is 13 as it is not possible for any pair of factors of 40 to sum up to 13 as the only pair is (1,40) or (40,1) and their sum is 41
