Then 3, 5 which is the 2nd sequence because 5 is two numbers away from the number 3. 5 to 8 is the 3rd sequence because 5, 6 , 7, 8.... three numbers away from the number 5 is 8. The problem continues from 8 to 12 is four numbers away, the next sequence is five numbers away. And the number 47 is 10 numbers away from 57 making 57 the 10th term.
