Running is a form of cardio, that will improve the blood flow and pressure of blood pump throughout the body. Cardio respiratory endurance would mean you have a strong heart, in addition to having strong lungs. Running would increase the need for breath, control, helping your lungs grow stronger. And running would increase the blood flow throughout your body, creating a stronger heart.
