y = 20×10+30 => y = 200+30 => y= 230

30 dollars is only paid once and the 20 dollars paid monthly so 20 × 10 = 200 dollars which is the payment he is giving for 10 months and plus a one time 30 dollar fee so the answer being 230 dollars
