Going through a divorce is extremely hard, but there are a few ways to control your feelings. One way is talk to someone you can trust like a qualified adult, someone your really close to like a best friend or a therapist. There are exercises that you can practice everyday to keep yourself feeling calm to, for example, writing journal entries or drawing out how your feeling can do a lot. One last thing you can do is to do something, it doesn't matter what it is, maybe a day at the zoo or just playing board games at home to keep your mind of the situation can really help.

One way is to talk to friends or peers who you can trust to make you feel better.
You can talk to your parents about how you feel and hopefully they can find a way to be back together again.
Honestly, I have never been through this and my friend had. She told me that she likes hanging out with her friends and she visits her mother once in a while since she is with her father all the time.
