On July 1, Jenner inoculated the boy again, this time with smallpox matter, and no disease developed. The vaccine was a success.

Jenner infected an 8 yeard old boy with a pox on may 14, 1976. He keep working at the vaccine until he created a smallpox matter that stopped the development of the disease
