Analyze the following statements. Which of them is correct with respect to the RNA transcript formed by means of transcription?

The RNA transcript is an exact replica of the DNA from which it is transcribed. It has the same sequence as that of its parent DNA strand.
The RNA transcript is complimentary to the DNA from which it is transcribed. Instead of thymine, it has uracil, which complements the adenine of DNA.

I would go with B because with RNA, U replaces the T and it pairs with the adenine. I hope I was able to help you.
