The force affects acceleration because the force is how strongly the pull/push is on an object. The mass also affects acceleration because the greater the mass, the more force it would need to be accelerated.

Answer:

The variables that affect the acceleration of an object are the net force and the mass.

Step-by-step explanation:

Net force affects acceleration because the force is how strongly the pull/push is on an object. The mass also affects acceleration because the greater the mass, the more force it would need to be accelerated. The trials it refers to are 1,7,8,9,10 because they have a more diverse mass than the rest.
