It is common knowledge that humans needed food to survive. And these foods must contain nutrents that are needed in the body. These nutrients function in different ways that helps the human body function properly. The human body is made up of 65 – 90 weight % of water. And so, it has 65% oxygen followed by 18% carbon, 10% hydrogen, 3% nitrogen, 1.5% calcium and 1.0%phosphorus. These are the major element in the human body. It does not contain fluorine.
