Steps in Inflammatory Response:
1) Redness - this happens when blood rushes to the wound
2) Heat - the body system speeds up to tackle the body intruders / invaders
3) Swelling - this is when the white blood cells (WBC) crowds in the wound to fight bacteria and decrease possible infection
4) Pain - this results from the pressure of swelling
