exerciese that strengthen up your arms can be circular arm movement, one arm over the other. some exercises that pertain to back stretches are bending your back back and forth, and side to side. some chest stretches can be nothing really. And for your shoulders, you can do up and down shoulder stretches, one arm over the other, and so  many more. I hope this helps.
