The answer is letter D.

This practice does improve the quality of life of a person but it is not really as necessary as performing regular exercise, eating right, and making positive life choices. Acupuncture sessions are an ancient Chines ritual that has been practiced through history. It is said that the body has points of contact or energy that are blocked and could cause diseases in the body. Through the application of needles in these said points, relief and overall health will be felt by an individual. Though it might contribute to a lifetime of fitness the practice is not for everybody and is only an option to be taken by individuals.
