Having goals means that a person has an idea of what he or she wants to do with his or her life. It gives a person something to strive for. From having goals, a person has blueprint for the future. All that person needs to do is take the necessary steps to reach that goal. Apart from finding out what that person needs, that person must also be committed. It is one thing to have a goal but a person must stick the plan and focus if that person wants that goal to become a reality.
