Correct answer is option b. i.e. eukaryotic cells.

There are 5 kingdoms in which living organisms have been classified:

1) Monera

2) Protista

3) Fungi

4) Plantae

5) Animalia

It is only kingdom Monera which comprises organisms made up of prokaryotic cells. Rest all other kingdoms have organisms made up of eukaryotic cells regardless of whether they have tails or they are tailless, they have backbones or not and whether they have pharyngeal pouches or not.

Animal kingdom has many phylums. Animals within the animal kingdom are subdivided into vertebrates and invertebrates. Out of these animals, some have notochord and they are therefore called as chordates. Also, all the vertebrates are chordates but all chordates are not vertebrates. All the animals in the animal kingdom are made up of eukaryotic cells whether they are vertebrates, invertebrates, chordates or non- chordates.
