PLEASE HELP THIS IS MY LAST QUESTION
Unlike the North, why did Southerners invest little money in mills and factories?
They thought mills and factories caused pollution.
They put their money in land and enslaved people.
The only had coins, like pennies and dimes, and thus their money was "little".
They did not buy manufactured goods.
They preferred the lifestyle of small family farmers.
