To round 2.15 to the nearest cent. To round it follow these dierections

Cent = per hundred, so when we are talking about cent, they mean per hundred. So

2.15
^ this is the hundreths place.
You round it to the tenths place

So it would be $2.2

Round $2.15 to the nearest cent
