Of all the answers in the choices, I would say that revision does not include examining content. Revision means that you are making changes to the paper or the final output already. The examining of content should have been done prior to the revisions already. In revisions, you review the details, reorganize information that needs to be reorganized, then you proofread for errors in punctuation, in grammar, in spelling, and others.
