If no one receives the e-mails more than once, how many people will receive the web address in the second wave of e-mails?

Maybe 36 if you times 4 by 3 and times that by 3 again

I am pretty sure it would be 10 because you add 3 to the 4 friends who started it and then those 3 sent out one e-mail each. So it would be a total of 10.
