B because were is it telling you the rest of the sentence and 1 it is unclear because we understand that she is cold but did she go ice skating inside (NO) the second reason is its is unclear because its cold
why would she just stop because the sentence should give more detail and stuff so you should know and its confusing because you don't have all the information on were she was at or lived at why she was being taught how to go ice skating ECT. so in my opinion its B

The antecedent in this sentence is B) missing, unclear, or confusing.
We don't know for sure whether Sandra or April was cold, therefore the antecedent is unclear.
