1. the answer is b = 30 .... you first simply both sides of the equation then flip it then multiply both sides by 10/13
2. the answer is g = 3/2 ...... multiply both sides by 5/2

⇒ 39= 13/10b
⇒ 39/ (13/10)= b
⇒ 30= b
2. 2/5g= 3/5
⇒ g= 3/5 / (2/5)
⇒ g= 3/2
⇒ g= 1 1/2

1. b= 30
2. g= 1 1/2
