My opinion on social media addiction is that it can be harmful to young children. social media causes general dissatisfaction with life in users, but also increase the risk of developing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

I believe it is a huge problem (However, due to this pandemic it is genuinely the safest form of social interaction.) Aside from that, it’s not healthy to rely on validation from people on social media.
