A well learned and studied report is the key to gain confidence while reporting. Questions such as: How to satisfy a customer? What are the odds in doing negotiations and after sales commitments and services? Know your audience as well, their demographics that can be related to your report, such as age, knowledge on the topic, and level with their cognitive abilities.
