Set up a proportion:

(dollars)/(students) = (dollars)/(students)

(95)/(20)= (x)/(162)

Now cross multiply:

95*1620=15390

20*x=20x

Set it up as an equation:

15390=20x

Divide both sides by 20:

15390/20

And you get:
x=769.5

But you cannot have a half of a student so you will round it up:

x=770 students.
