Is the claimant very cold in the Northeast region all year long

Yes most times but in the summer its not AS cold . Hope it helped. :)

It really depends on where in the north west you are. In and around Maine, it's normally pretty cold; even in the summer (at least where I live) but in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, etc. I'm pretty sure it isn't always cold. In the summer, the thermometer can reach up to 110 degrees, but the temperature can lower all the way down to -45 degrees and possibly lower.
