Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith is a book that is very important up to this day.
It is better known as The Wealth of Nation. In this famous work, Adam Smith suggested that the greatest threat to economic growth is government intervention. It reflected on economics at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution and and discussed broad topics like division of labour, productivity, and free market.
This book was first published in 9th March 1776.
