When the estates general were called in 1798, Louis XVI compiled various cashiers from those three estates in the country, and this caused a spark in an issue where the others felt disappointed from the government that ruled them. The Tennis Court Oaths also begam when the formation of the National Assembly happened due to this very matter. The Tennis Court Oath was one of the most pivotal parts during the first parts of the French Revolution where people are finally ousting the rule of the king.
