C) It engages readers and helps them feel what the author feels.

Voice in a paper should ALWAYS engage the reader. If your using voice correctly, then the emotions and tones you use in the paper should be able to be reflected by the reader/audience.

The best answer is letter C— It engages readers and helps them feel what the author feels.

Voice can be referred to as the style, personality, or point of view of a writing piece or any creative work. Your writing voice should match your personal voice. If you have a strong voice, it could enable you to make each word count. It activates consistency across your written work and enables you to connect with your reader. The better your voice is, the more fun your readers’ experience will be.
