If you have seen the movie “National Treasure” played by Nicolas Cage and Diane Kruger then you know who wrote the “Declaration of Independence”. It was Thomas Jefferson who drafted it. Actually, there were others who were appointed to draft the “Declaration of Independence” namely: John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Robert R. Livingston, and Roger Sherman. It is about the colonists who wanted to overthrow their government due to several human rights violations. Hence, colonists declared independence from Great Britain and became the United States of America.
