The correct answer is B.

John Calvin (1509 – 1564) was a very active French theologian and pastor during the Protestant Reformation. He has a prominent role in the development of a Christian doctrine, that would be subsequently denominated calvinism.

His ideas broke with those of the Roman Catholic church. He implemented new systems for the goverment of the church and for conducting liturgy. His ideas spread to Netherlands, Scotland, and other territories in central Europe, such as Switzerland.

It was John Calvin whose ideas spread to the Netherlands, Scotland, and central Europe, since his teachings and thoughts on the Reformation tended to be more relatable for many than those of Luther.
