The most accurate answer is cellulose.

The plasma membrane in cells does not have cellulose. The cell membrane is found in all living cells. both prokaryotic and eukaryotic and is composed primarily of phospholipids and proteins and also contain cholesterol.

According to the fluid mosaic model, the plasma membrane has a bi-layer (double layer) of phospholipids and in which many diverse proteins are embedded.

The plasma membrane encloses the cell contents and serves as a semi-porous barrier to the outside environment.
