This is true. A lot of prescription medications have effects on the body that aren't what were intended. A typical side effect for medication is drowsiness, but every medication is different. Just because the label said the medicine has that side effect, does not mean that every user will experience those effects. The FDA is mandated to list all effects that were noted for a medication during the testing portion of a new medicine to prevent lawsuits and to keep the public informed. Hope I helped
