Did Mary, Queen of Scots have any children with Francis Valois?

Mary and Francis did not have children. But Mary did in fact have a child but years later after remarrying James Hepburn 4th Earl of Bothwell. That son came to be kind of Scotland later uniting it to England,and Ireland making the first time England and Scotland were invited under one monarch

Francis Valois is also known as Francis II: he was a king of France and King Consort of Scots. He died at the age of 16 and was of very poor health.

They did not have any children (this is the answer to your question: no, they did not), and it is not even known if they've ever consummated their marriage.
