Let x be the number of hours the will cost the same.

We have an equation: 376+ 12x = 280+ 15x
⇒ 376-280 = 15x - 12x
⇒ 96 = 3x
⇒ 96/3 = x
⇒ 32= x

In 32 hours, they will cost the same~
