for question number 1 the answers are;
x^2 - 2x + 1 and x^2 +2x +1
cause if you factor it you get a perfect square: (x -1)(x-1) and (x+1)(x+1)
For question number 2 the answers are:
16x^2 + 24x + 9 and 16x^2 +9
cause if you factor it would be: (4x +3)(4x +3) or (4x+3)^2
