What does alliteration, consonance, onomatopoeia, and repetition mean? (Example please)

Alliteration is like when you use two or more words with the same beginning sound next to eachother- Sally sells sea shells

Repitition is when you say something over again- I like dogs because they are cute and fluffy. I don't like cats though, I think dogs are better because they have fluffy fur and they're cute. I think dogs are cuter then cats.

Onomatopoeia mean noises for example Boom click and any other noise .
