You didn't really provide any following statements as the other people have already pointed out. But it can safely be said that in order for fat loss, or weight loss, to occur, one has to eat healthy in a certain caloric range together with steady and difficult movement such as weight lifting, walking up the stairs, or running. Both of these together with sticking to such a regimen for a longer period of time produces weight loss.
