Part A:
Phone A has a $8.75 discount
$175*0.05=$8.75

Phone B has a $40.00 discount
$200*0.20=$40

Part B:

Phone A is $166.25
$175-$8.75=$166.25

Phone B is $160.00
$200-$40=$160

Part C:
Phone B costs less after the discount

Part D:
No, sales tax is applied to the discounted/final price, so both prices will increase by 6%. Phone B will still be cheaper.
